Payment plans via Klarna or Affirm require approval by the provider. Installment collection is managed entirely by the financing provider.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Rates shown are base rates for standard residential collection within standard Florida service zones. Turnaround times of 2–5 business days are typical and may vary based on lab volume, specimen quality, and case complexity. Extended travel zones may incur a mileage fee disclosed at booking. Payment plans require a signed service agreement and valid payment method on file. Scheduling is confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit or full payment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-show fees of $75 apply and must be cleared before rescheduling. Contract and bulk pricing requires a signed Partner Agreement. Individual discounts cannot be combined with package pricing unless otherwise stated. Package prices are fixed and non-negotiable. All transactions subject to applicable Florida sales tax. New Day Mobile DNA reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.
