πŸ… AABB Accreditation β€” Why It Matters

AABB (American Association of Blood Banks) accreditation is the gold standard for DNA testing and is required for all legal and immigration purposes. New Day Mobile DNA uses exclusively AABB-accredited partner laboratories.

Legal Acceptance

Courts and USCIS only accept results from AABB-accredited labs. Non-accredited tests will be rejected.

Quality Standards

AABB labs meet rigorous standards for accuracy, chain of custody, quality control, and staff qualifications.

Regular Auditing

AABB-accredited facilities undergo regular inspections and must maintain continuous compliance.

International Recognition

Results accepted worldwide for legal and immigration purposes including USCIS and foreign embassies.

Testing Basics
DNA paternity tests are extremely accurate β€” 99.9% or higher when confirming the biological father, and 100% accurate when excluding a man who is not the biological father. All testing is performed by our AABB-accredited partner laboratory using 20+ genetic markers.
Yes. DNA testing is completely safe at any age. The cheek swab collection method is painless and non-invasive for babies and newborns. Our collectors are experienced and patient with young children.
No β€” the mother's participation is optional for paternity testing. However, including the mother's sample can improve statistical certainty and may slightly speed processing. For legal tests, we will document who was and was not tested.
Legal (court-admissible) testing includes full chain-of-custody documentation, photo ID verification, collector affidavit, and a court-formatted result letter. It is required for child support, custody, and immigration proceedings.

Personal (informational) testing provides the same 99.9%+ accuracy but without legal documentation. It is for personal peace of mind only and cannot be used in court.
Yes. Prenatal paternity testing can be performed as early as 9 weeks into pregnancy using a blood sample from the mother. This is a specialized service β€” contact us for details and pricing before booking.
We can coordinate testing with collection partners nationwide. Samples from different locations are sent to the same AABB-accredited lab for processing and a single combined result is issued. Contact us and we'll coordinate the logistics.
Yes. Each additional participant is billed at the standard per-person add-on rate (typically +$99–$125). All samples are compared to the child's DNA and a single comprehensive report is issued.
The Process
Our certified collector comes to your chosen location β€” home, office, a neutral meeting spot, or a facility. Collection takes 2–3 minutes per person using a simple, painless cheek swab. For legal tests, we verify photo IDs and complete all chain-of-custody documentation on-site before samples are sealed and shipped to the lab same-day.
Standard processing is 2–5 business days from when the lab receives samples (usually the day after collection). Expedited 1–2 day processing is available for an additional $100. Turnaround may vary slightly depending on lab volume, specimen quality, and case complexity.
Yes β€” subject to availability. For same-day appointments, call us as early in the day as possible at (850) 408-3097. Emergency same-day collection is available 7 days a week with an additional $150 emergency fee.
For legal tests: Valid government-issued photo ID for all adults (driver's license, passport, or state ID). For minors: birth certificate or photo ID.

For personal tests: Nothing special required β€” we bring all equipment.

Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for 30 minutes before collection for best swab quality.
We cannot force testing. However, in legal proceedings a judge may order testing, and refusing a court-ordered DNA test can have serious legal consequences. If a party refuses during a scheduled appointment, we will document the refusal in writing at your or your attorney's request.
Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality under HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Results are only released to the authorized parties listed at time of service. We never disclose results verbally over the phone or via unsecured channels.
