Family Law Attorney Referral & Client Intake Protocol
This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP-002) governs the process for family law attorneys and law firms who refer clients to New Day Mobile DNA Collection & Testing LLC for DNA collection and testing services in connection with legal proceedings.
This SOP is designed to ensure that attorneys can refer clients quickly, confidently, and with full knowledge that every collection will be handled with the chain-of-custody integrity and documentation precision required for court admissibility.
When you refer a client to us, your office becomes the anchor of the case. We need the right information to open the file correctly, assign the proper test type, and ensure results are delivered back to you in a format your court will accept. The stronger your intake submission, the faster we can move.

The following information is required to open a case file. Incomplete referrals will be placed on hold until missing information is received. Providing complete information at time of referral eliminates delays.
